A defined area with surrounding pavement that remains comparatively stable may support a focused repair scope.
System condition
Damage repeated across wheel paths, low areas or large sections may require a broader surface or base decision.

Water entering cracks or collecting beside an unsupported edge can continue affecting the repaired area. The site review should look beyond the patch limits at runoff, ditches, downspouts, catch basins and the support beside the pavement.
Safety and access
Severe potholes, abrupt settlement or broken edges can create vehicle and pedestrian hazards. Restrict access when necessary and describe the urgency clearly in the request.
What to include in a repair request.
Share the property address, location of the damage, approximate size, when it appeared, whether it returns after previous work, nearby water conditions and the types of vehicles using the area.
